Didn’t want to workout. Glad I did but glad it’s over!

Just killed a workout!
Typical school lunch! Soup and salad!
It’s Sunday and it’s been a while since an update, but I promise I’ve been doing good!
Veg, chicken, shrimp, fish, oatmeal drinks, cabbage, fresh fruit, eggs, brown rice. No booze. Nothing but water and coffee! (The orange juice is not mine)
Tuna and salad… sugar free green tea.
Chicken breast with Oyster mushrooms
Lunch: chicken ceased salad with no dressing.
Dinner: Not much. I snacked on walnuts and dried cranberries.
Workout: 1 hour full body workout
Lunch – beef noodles soup
Dinner: a piece of boiled chicken. I’m out of veggies! Time to shop!
